The franchise in Wick is a disgrace and fails to fulfil the ethos of your organisation. I travelled 20 miles with my 94 yr old father-in-law. We were 5 minutes late due to road works outside the shop and no parking available. There were no appointments ahead of us, we were refused the appointment despite protestations. 10 minutes later the optician pops out for his lunch. We will no longer use Specsavers as a family …..

Ive been with Specs Save many years
Ive been with Specs Save many years. Had a routine Eye Test. Glasses I chose were Pink tortoise Shell frame. Waited for follow up app to collect. To my Horror NO TORTOISE SHELL FRAME on front of frame, only on the TOP OF THE FRAMES. I may well have chosen a plain black frame. Lady claimed there's no guarantee another pair would come out any different??? Gets worse, script was wrong, unable to read with new glasses. Lady claimed she can give me another pair off THE DISPLAY COUNTER TO BE MADE UP AS THEY HAVE THE TORTOISE SHELL PATTERN I CHOSE TO BEGIN WITH??????? Who wants a pair on the counter that god knows how many customers have tried on. Im paying for a New Pair of Glasses & thinned lenses. Have reluctantly agreed to another eye test & hopefully will finally get the Tortoise Shell Frame I chose & NOT 1 OFF THE COUNTER. Sadly If No joy, I'l get a refund & take my custom elsewhere. Was offered little bottle of spray glasses cleaner as token of goodwill. Not the Service i was expecting at all.

After an initial eye test and…
After an initial eye test and collection of my glasses I didn't think the prescription was correct so I returned to the store by appointment.
Subsequently, They retested without any drama and adjusted the prescription. The staff are very efficient with very good customer service. I now await my revised glasses and hope this varifocal prescription is correct.
Half the lens on one eye is blurry
Half the lens on one eye is blurry, after going back in and the staff testing ME as if I’m the problem ( THEY tested MY eyes ALREADY), eventually they agreed to have a new lens made and told me it would take 2weeks and they would call me to drop my glasses back for the new lens to be fitted which will take 3 days!!!
It’s was 2 weeks on Sunday 17th July and still not heard anything!!!!
Also I don’t like the way they start twisting and bending my glasses, when they haven’t been in the machine to warm up, surely that’s damaging the integrity of the frame.
